    Jason and his team provided outstanding service from quote to finished product. Nothing was too much trouble for Jason and his team. the boys were courteous, hardworking and easy to get along with. The attention to detail is brilliant.

    Jason made a suggestion to replace the edging, which we had overlooked. This made a massive difference to the finished product floor.

    If I could score higher than 5 stars I would. We are from Melbourne and had some work done to our place in Blackmans Bay just before Xmas. Wow quoted a little bit more (not by much) than other companies but it was absolutely worth paying as we ran in to some trouble at the property with the installation and they went above and beyond to make sure it was all sorted. We also had some issues with the boards after the install (not Wow's fault- our house has some issues!) and they went in and sorted it again with no drama. I wish we had companies like this in Melbourne! Lee and all of the boys that worked on our job were very efficient and super professional , and Nicole and Karen and everyone else in customer service were always incredibly helpful whenever we called. Amazing work and customer service.
